Myoko Kogen snow report Thursday 18th 2010

It was a fine and sunny morning here in Akakura Onsen, with temperatures getting up above zero before the cloud moved in and brought some light snow with it. Visibility was severely reduced towards the end of the day.

Cloudy conditions and a light westerly wind are forecast for tomorrow, and similar conditions through to Monday when we expect to see warmer temperatures and fine sunny conditions. That should last for the rest of the week, so get out and enjoy what fresh snow we do get over the next few days.

New Snow (Resort): 5 cm

New Snow (Village): 5 cm
