This site had the best summary of information that i needed and presented in such a way that i could quickly get it, that i have ever seen. I never leave comments but you guys deserve heaps of good ones. If only every advisory site was as easy, clear and effective as yours.
Keep up the good work

Hi Guys, great info on your site. A question - Last year when we bought our JR East pass at Narita View Plaza we got there just before closing. As there will be eight of us this time we are buying the pass online to save time at the view plaza. If the VP is closed can we pick up our pass at the Narita ticket office which stays open later?
Also I was going to make reservations online also to save time but I notice you need to pick up Res ticket the day before - do they make exceptions for the Nex?
Appreciate any advice. Cheers
