Taking a lesson

With lessons, you have two options. You can hire an English speaking instructor for ¥18000/half-day or ¥25000/full day at the Nozawa Onsen ski school. The other type of lesson is a group lesson, however unfortunately there are no group lessons with English instructors. The price is considerably cheaper (¥3000/half day or ¥4000/full day) and the general opinion of a lot of previous guests has been that the group lessons are good enough. Bookings are not required for group lessons, you just turn up on the day.

Childcare is available at the Hikage Information Centre.
